Security
Xerox Litigation Services creates collaboration software products
and provides related services allowing professionals to
collaborate in a secure environment. The products include:
- Document storage, organization, and retrieval
- Document creation and collaboration within the network
Our products are highly customizable: even the interface can
be customized. Every network, page and level of permission is
also customizable. We are highly responsive to individual
customer requests for enhancements.
Logging in
A user signs onto the system by going to xerox-xls.com.
The user then enters his username, and is shown a list of
matters on which the user is working. The interface also
indicates the number of messages by matter, and the link
to the “works in progress” and “file
cabinet” for each matter. To enter either the
“works in progress” or the “file
cabinet”, a user must enter a password for each
matter. The user name and password are case sensitive.
While a user may have access to multiple matters, each
matter is a separate, secure network.
